Q2FY09 Result Analysis

AXIS Bank have positively surprised the markets. Net profit of the
bank beat our and market estimates; registering a growth of 22%
(q-o-q), driven by strong growth in Net Interest Income of 12.2%
(q-o-q), margins expansion and lower provisions. Below are the
